What We Collect

Website Analytics

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare provides basic analytics (page views, visitor counts, countries) using server-side logging – no cookies, no tracking scripts, no fingerprinting. We use this to understand which content is useful. We cannot identify individual visitors from this data.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter via Buttondown, we collect your email address. That's it. Your email is stored by Buttondown and is used solely to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and your data will be deleted.

Search

Site search is powered by Pagefind and runs entirely in your browser. No search queries are sent to any server.

What We Don't Collect

  • No cookies (beyond any set by Cloudflare for security/performance)
  • No third-party tracking scripts
  • No advertising pixels
  • No personal data beyond newsletter sign-ups
  • No user accounts or passwords

In practice, the only personal data we might hold is your email address if you subscribed to the newsletter. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here. We won't start collecting data without telling you.
